Refunds & Returns

All products sold through this store are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at frakktur@gmail.com with clear photographs of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

In most cases, customers will not be required to return defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order products are non-returnable except in cases of defects or fulfilment errors. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized. As all products sold through this store are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply except where an item is defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
