Order Processing & Fulfilment

All products sold through this store are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for your item to be produced and fulfilled. Fulfilment time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times

After fulfilment, shipping time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (within your home region): approximately 3–8 business days after fulfilment

  • International: delivery times vary by location and carrier and may take up to 2–3 weeks or longer

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the product, destination, and shipping method. Shipping rates are determined by Printful based on item size, weight, and delivery location, and are either passed through directly or included in your selected shipping rate.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be provided via Shopify if available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Providing a valid phone number at checkout can help prevent delivery issues.

Shipping Exceptions

Some remote destinations or restricted regions may experience longer delivery times or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship your order to your location, we will contact you.
